The Quietmind Philosophy

The whole ethos of all the Quietmind recordings is simplicity. Simple, clear, uncomplicated recordings delivered with clarity, professionalism and understanding.

On all Quietmind recordings the aims are the same, uncomplicated and natural, working with the inner mind and not trying to persuade it to do things that are alien to it. The inner mind is powerful and vastly more aware of exactly what's going on than most of us realise. By working through the conscious mind, then through to the subconscious mind and then finally connecting with the inner mind (the Quietmind),a state of harmony is produced which brings about deep feelings of peace and happiness, feelings that create an inner strength and a secure and stable feeling.

We believe in de-cluttering the mind; by quietening the mind our everyday lives will be enhanced, broadened and become more in tune with the world around us.
