Copyright - All recordings are the copyright of Alan Roberton unless otherwise stated.

Delivery - All goods will be delivered to the address as provided by the buyer when ordering. Quietmind cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or incomplete address. Purchased items are normally sent out via 'Royal Mail' First Class post as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. For large orders this may take a day or two longer. If goods are not received within 14 days please notify us.

Trades Description Act - To cover the Trades Description Act, we will endeavour to describe our goods as clearly and precise as possible. However, we reserve the right to make any changes we feel appropriate.

Returns - if for any reason the CD does not play or is faulty in any way, Quietmind will replace it as soon as we can.
